摘 要:介绍PVC-U排水管材的特点、应用以及发展前景,根据热塑性塑料管材拉伸性能测定标准中的有关规定,建立建筑排水用PVC-U管材拉伸屈服应力测量不确定度的数学模型,并结合实例对不确定度来源进行分析。通过对不确定度分量进行量化合成得出,当PVC-U排水管拉伸屈服应力为43.0MPa时,其扩展不确定度为0.8MPa(k=2)。结果表明,屈服点的拉力对拉伸屈服应力的测量结果影响最大,其次是拉伸屈服应力的测量重复性。Thecharacteristics,application and development prospect of PVC-U drainage pipe were introduced.According to the relevant provisions in the test standard of tensile property of thermoplastic pipe,the mathematical model of uncertainty of tensile yield stress measurement of PVC-U Pipes for Soil and Waste Discharge inside Buildings was established and the source of uncertainty was analyzed by sample.It had been concluded that when the tensile yield stress of PVC-U drainage pipe is 43.0 MPa,the expanded uncertainty was 0.8 MPa(k=2).By quantifying and synthesizing the uncertainty component.The results showed that the main factors which affected the tensile yield stress were the tension at the yield point.The second was the measurement repeatability of tensile yield stress.
