摘  要:结合落锤式动态力标准装置的研制,对主要构件进行模态分析,探讨碰撞过程中落锤的姿态测试原理和方法。首先,介绍落锤式动态力标准装置的工作原理、机构组成和控制原理;针对加速度的测量,分析非接触式激光测振仪的绝对测量法和加速度传感器的比较测量法;推导碰撞过程的加速度方程,用有限元法对落锤和架体进行数值仿真,结合模态振型有针对性进行加固和改进;搭建落锤碰撞姿态测试系统,通过试验数据分析对标准装置进行改进,满足设计技术要求。According to the project of the falling-hammer impact force standard equipment,the instructions were provided,based on the modal analysis of falling-hammer and frame body,and applied on assemble of the standard equipment,and then the method of the falling-hammer impact’s attitude test had been discussed.First,a brief introduction had been applied on the operation procedure,constitution of mechanism and control method of the falling-hammer impact force standard equipment;for the measurement of acceleration,the difference of the laser vibrometers method and acceleration transducer had been analyzed;derivation of impact process’s acceleration equations had been discussed;based on the FEM,the modal of the falling-hammer and base cradle had been computed and reinforcement had been developed accordingly;the arrangement of the attitude test system during impact had been discussed,the test data had been applied to improve the standard equipment and adherence to specification.
