摘  要:基于CCD光谱仪融合PT100温度传感器研制一套通用型、便携式光辐射老化试验箱校准装置。该装置可同时采集老化箱光谱辐照度及温湿度数据,通过多阶泰勒多项式拟合温度修正算法对光谱辐射计进行修正,使得光谱辐射计在0~55℃的不同温度下光谱响应误差小于2%。实验结果表明,该装置在不同温度下测试光谱辐照度时的结果几乎不受实验温度影响,温湿度传感器误差分别在0.1℃及2%以内,可作为校准光辐射老化箱的标准器使用。This paper design a suitable calibration device for the optical radiation aging test chamber based on CCD spectrometer and PT100 temperature sensor.It is mainly composed of spectrum detector,temperature sensor and humidity sensor.A temperature correction method of multi order Taylor polynomial fitting for optical detector was developed.The results show that the temperature correction method is very effective in correcting the spectral response.A deviation less than 2%over the temperature range from 0℃to 55℃is achieved.Experiment shows that the results is almost not affected to the system when the spectral irradiance at different temperature.Temperature and humidity sensor of the system error were controlled within 0.1℃and 2%.For this reason,it can be used as standard instrument calibration system for the optical radiation aging test chamber.
