摘  要:针对当前建筑用玻璃与金属护栏检测状况以及存在的问题,设计一套检测设备,主要包括护栏安装装置、抗水平荷载检测装置、抗垂直荷载检测装置、抗软硬重物冲击检测装置、抗风压检测装置。该设备能实现实验室内对护栏的抗水平荷载、抗垂直荷载、抗软重物冲击、抗硬重物冲击、抗风压等护栏主要性能项目检测,使护栏检测效率提高10倍以上,检测成本大大降低。通过对比试验与不确定度分析,发现新设备的不确定度降低89%,且能排除安装质量、试验环境等因素对护栏性能检测的影响,检测结果的公正性与准确性大大提高。The status and problems of detection about glass and metal guardrails for buildings was introduced in the paper.For the shortages,a set of testing equipment including guardrail installation device,anti-horizontal load detection device,anti-vertical load detection device,anti-soft and hard body impact detection device and anti-wind pressure detection device was designed.Using the new equipment,the main detection items of the guardrail including anti-horizontal detection,anti-vertical load detection,anti-soft body impact detection,anti-hard body impact detection,anti-wind pressure detectionwas realized in laboratory.The detection efficiency of the guardrail was improved more than 10 times,so that the cost of detection was greatly reduced.By contrast test and uncertainty analysis,it was found that the uncertainty of new testing equipment was reduce by 89%and the installation quality,test environment and other factors on the detection of the guardrail was eliminated.The impartiality and accuracy of the test results were greatly improved.
