摘  要:由于工艺及现场条件的限制,石化企业在用标准节流式流量计无法实现离线检定或校准的情况较为普遍,对运行中出现的计量数据偏差束手无策,该文根据标准GB/T 21446-2008的规定,对标准节流式流量计进行不确定度评定。首先,对标准节流式流量计进行现场校准找出计量中存在的问题,然后提出解决方案进行改造。结果表明,通过标准节流式流量计的在线校准,计量系统的误差得到降低,不确定度满足企业计量要求。Due to the limitations of process and field conditions,it is common for petrochemical enterprises to use standard throttling flowmeter to realize off-line verification or calibration,and they are helpless for the measurement data deviation in operation.In this paper,the uncertainty of standard throttling flowmeter is evaluated according to the provisions of standard GB/T 21446-2008.First of all,the standard throttling flowmeter was calibrated in the field to find out the problems in the measurement,and then put forward the solution for transformation.The results show that the error of the measurement system is reduced and the uncertainty meets the measurement requirements of the enterprise.
