摘　　要：较低危骨髓增生异常综合征患者难治性血细胞减少尚无国内外一致的定义。文章结合国内外疗效标准提出了难治性血细胞减少的定义,对于国内外较低危骨髓增生异常综合征难治性血细胞减少的治疗进展做一详细的介绍。There are no consistent definition for refractory cytopenia(RC)in patients with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome(LR-MDS)wordwide.Based on the national and international response criteria for myelodysplastic syndrome,the paper proposes a definition for RC,and introduces in detail the progress in the national and international treatment for the RC of LR-MDS.
