摘　　要：目的:采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析《名医类案》治疗内伤湿热病证用药规律。方法:将《名医类案》中所载内伤湿热病证医案进行规范处理后,将处方药物录入软件,统计《名医类案》中治疗湿热证的常用药物频次、常用药物组合以及核心处方等,挖掘其中规律。结果:共筛选出医案69则,涉及疾病44种,药物118味,药物中归脾经药物最多,性味以寒/温、苦/甘/辛为主,核心药组8个,经熵聚类挖掘新方6首。结论:《名医类案》收载医案中治疗内伤湿热病证用药以健脾运湿为主,祛风、利水、清热为辅,兼以和胃助运、活血通脉,可为现代临床治疗内伤湿热病证处方用药提供参考。Objective:Application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)software was used to analyze the medication rules of Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians in the treatment of internal injury syndrome of dampness and heat.Methods:After standardized treatment of the medical cases of damp-heat syndrome of internal injuries contained in the Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians,the prescription drugs were recorded into the software,and the frequency,combination and core prescriptions of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of damp-heat syndrome in Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians were counted,and the rules were explored.Results:Total of 69 medical cases were selected,involving 44 kinds of diseases and 118 flavors of drugs.Among the drugs,the most were spleen-regulating drugs,the most were cold/warm,bitter/sweet/xin,the core drug groups were 8,and 6 new recipes were discovered through entropy clustering.Conclusion:Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians,the medicine for treating internal wound dampness and heat is mainly used for strengthening spleen and dampness,supplemented by removing wind,benefiting water and clearing heat,and assisted with stomach transportation and activating blood circulation,which can provide reference for prescription of modern clinical treatment of internal wound dampness and heat.
