三峡库区孙家镇室内装修工人职业选择的个案研究

摘　　要：在三峡库区腹地的万州区孙家镇,有刘姓家族中的部分男性成员选择长期从事室内装修行业。他们的劳动时间较长,劳动强度较大,但作业时间相对自由,技术和资金门槛不高,收入能够满足生活需要,这对他们的职业认同有积极的影响。在访谈和参与观察中,报道人展现了他们的职业轨迹和生活安排,影响他们职业选择的因素既有个人经历、家族文化,同时也有现代社会结构和经济发展。A branch of male members in the Liu family at Sunjia Town,the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,mostly work in the interior decoration industry.Their labor time is long,labor intensity is large,the working time is relatively free,the technology and capital threshold is not high,and their income can meet the needs of life which has a positive impact on their professional identity.In the interviews and observation,the reporters showed their career path and living arrangements.The factors affecting their career choices include personal experience,family culture,modern social structure and economic development.
