摘　　要：苦竹坪村作为土家族的居住地之一,其传统文化在现代化的影响下面临着继承与创新、变迁与流失的局面。通过分析村民对传统文化的认识,在经济脱贫的同时为苦竹坪村制订高效有序的文化扶贫计划,从文化教育、文化传承场所建设、文化宣传场所建设、文化习俗及业余生活等方面不断丰富村民的精神生活,这对加强传统文化的挖掘和阐释,充分提炼传统文化的时代价值,增强传统文化的认同感和归属感,提升传统文化遗产的保护意识等具有重要的意义。As one of the residences of Tujia people,the traditional culture of Kuzhuping village is facing the situation of inheritance and innovation,change and loss under the influence of modernization.Through the analysis of villagers'understanding of traditional culture,an efficient and orderly culture-aid program was formulated for Kuzhuping village while shaking off poverty economically.The spiritual life of villagers has been constantly enriched from the aspects of cultural education,cultural heritage sites,cultural propaganda places,cultural customs and amateur life.The discovery and interpretation of traditional culture have been strengthened,and the era value of traditional culture has been fully refined.It is signifcant to enhance the sense of identity and belonging of traditional culture and improve the protection awareness of traditional cultural heritage.
