摘 要:转体T构桥梁是一种常见的桥梁结构,在跨越铁路、公路、复杂地形等特殊条件下广泛应用。在桥梁转体前,成桥质量和工期是两个至关重要的因素。以明村至董家口公路工程上跨胶新铁路立交桥实际工程为例,通过现场条件最终确定T构现浇支架体系。该体系将梁柱式支架和盘扣式支架相结合,设计方案和关键施工技术也在文中进行了介绍。同时,利用有限元分析软件MIDAS Civil建立临时支架的计算模型,对支架各部分的材料强度、刚度、稳定性进行了分析,并给出了现浇支架可行性的结论。The swivel T rigid bridge is a common bridge structure widely applied under special conditions such as crossing railways,highways,and complex terrain.Before the swivel of the bridge,the complete bridge quality and the construction period are two crucial factors.Based on a practical overpass engineering of Mingcun‒Dongjiakou Highway Engineering over Jiaoxin Railway,this paper determined the T-rigid cast-in-place support system according to filed conditions,which combines beam-column bracket and ring-lock bracket,and introduced the design scheme and key construction technologies.The finite element analysis software MIDAS Civil was used to establish the calculation model of the temporary bracket to analyze the strength,stiffness,and stability of materials in each part of the bracket.The results showed that the cast-in-place bracket was feasible.
