摘 要:为使铁尾矿碎石大规模地替代普通石料,需要进一步强化其性能,目前工程中使用较多的石料强化方式为在石料表面喷洒固化剂,以达到表面活化或加固的目的。通过将钠水玻璃、硅烷偶联剂与有机硅树脂3种有机类固化剂对铁尾矿碎石强化后分别测试其物理性能来选择最有效的强化剂,之后选择该强化剂对25%、50%以及75%掺量的铁尾矿进行强化并测试其相应的水泥稳定铁尾矿碎石的耐久性能。结果表明钠水玻璃对铁尾矿的强化效果最好;一般铁尾矿碎石的掺量可以在25%到50%之间,经过钠水玻璃处理后,铁尾矿碎石掺量可以增加到75%;钠水玻璃处理后的铁尾矿碎石混合料的水稳定性、耐冻融、抗冲刷性能均有所提高。To make the iron tailings gravel replace ordinary stone on a large scale,its performance needs to be further strengthened.Currently,the most used strengthening method for stone is spraying the curing agent on the surface of the stone to activate or reinforce its surface.In this paper,the iron tailings gravel was strengthened by three organic curing agents of sodium silicate,silane coupling agent,and organic silicone resin,and the most effective strengthening agent was selected by testing the physical properties.Adding the selected strengthening agent to strengthen the iron tailings of contents of 25%,50%,and 75%,and the durability of the corresponding cement stabilized iron tailings gravel was tested.The results showed that the sodium silicate had the optimum strengthening effect on the iron tailings.After the treatment with the sodium silicate,the dosage of the iron tailings gravel was increased from 25%‒50%to 75%,and the water stability,freeze-thaw resistance,and scour resistance of iron tailings gravel mixtures were improved.
