摘 要:特长隧道通风量计算与通风规模控制紧密相关,直接影响到通风井的数量和断面面积、射流风机台数、进而影响到工程造价和运营费用。从烟尘颗粒物(PM)年递减率、重载LNG货车按照汽油车计算需风量和载重LNG货车占比控制3个方面进行通风需风量优化。着重对重载LNG货车占比做了调查,控制了需风量,优化后方案通风需风量降低将近57%,达到了缩短施工工期、降低施工难度、减少总体投资的目的。The ventilation calculation of an extra-long tunnel is closely related to the control of the ventilation scale,directly affecting the number and section area of ventilation shafts,the number of jet fans,and then the project cost and operating expenses.In this paper,the optimization of the required airflow for ventilation starts from three aspects:annual decline rate of particulate matter(PM),required airflow of heavy LNG trucks calculated according to gasoline cars,and proportion control of heavy LNG trucks.Focusing on the investigation of the proportion of heavy LNG trucks,the required airflow was controlled and reduced by nearly 57%after the optimization,which achieves the goals of shortening the construction period,reducing the construction difficulty,and reducing the overall investment.
