摘 要:针对山西省某高速公路桥梁在运营多年以后,特别是2008年治超以前由于超载普遍部分主梁产生了严重病害的情况,开展病害成因调查分析。提出了改善主梁弯扭耦合严重的方案,并针对横隔梁的设置,进行了三维实体有限元模型的仿真对比分析,得出了横梁对于改善主梁竖向、横向受力的规律,最后结合该项目提出了增设横隔梁和体外预应力补强的加固方案。This paper focused on an expressway bridge in Shanxi with severe diseases of a part of the main beam caused by the common overload before 2008,the investigation and analysis of the disease causes are carried out.A scheme to improve the severe bending-torsion coupling of the main beam was put forward,and the simulation comparison and analysis of the 3D entity finite element model was performed targeting the diaphragm′s setting.The rule of the beam to improve the vertical and transverse stress of the main beam was obtained.Finally,combined with this project,a reinforcement scheme of adding a diaphragm and strengthening external prestress was proposed.
