摘　　要：主要阐述了(ETC增值服务)停车场使用ETC支付的背景及国家相关政策,ETC电子不停车收费技术的特点及与现有停车场项目合作模式,详述了停车场使用ETC支付的系统设计原则、系统总体架构及各系统功能及最后要达到的目标。This paper mainly expounded the background and relevant national policies of using ETC pavement in parking areas(with ETC value-added service), the characteristics of electronic no-stop charging technology of ETC, and the cooperation mode with exiting parking projects. The systematic design discipline,systematic overall framework, systematic function and the ultimate goals of using ETC payment in parking area were detailed.
