摘 要:结合唐山东日新能源材料有限公司年产3×10^5t项目,介绍了氨水槽在焦油氨水分离工艺中的应用,阐述了氨水槽的改进对分离效果的影响。结果表明,在氨水槽外壁增设蒸汽加热管加热,能够保证将循环氨水温度控制在超级离心机的最佳冲洗温度75℃左右,达到良好的冲洗效果,且经超级离心机充分脱水脱渣后的焦油能够满足后续焦油加工对原料的要求。This paper introduced the application of ammonia vessel in tar ammonia separation process based on the 3×10^5 t/a project of Tangshan Dongri New Energy Materials Co.,Ltd.,and expounded the influence of the improvement of ammonia vessel on the separation effect.As showed by the results,the circulating ammonia temperature can be kept around 75℃after adding heating tubes on the outer wall of the ammonia vessel,which is the optimum flushing temperature of the super centrifuge.Under this condition,the flushing result is good,and the tar is able to meet the requirement for feedstock during the subsequent process after dehydration and deslagging by the super centrifuge.
