摘 要:在工业4.0、"互联网+"以及大数据和人工智能等技术日趋成熟的背景下,智能工厂建设的可能性逐渐明朗。目前,煤机制造行业产品生产效率低,大部分企业几乎没有自动化产线,工人劳动强度大。下料车间是煤机生产的源头,所以,下料车间数字化至关重要。下料车间的数字化改造逐步延伸到其他车间,大大提高了煤机生产行业的智能化。简要阐述了实现下料车间数字化的方法,通过自动化和信息化改造进一步提高了车间数字化的程度,从而提高了车间的工作效率。With the development of technology such as Industry 4.0,Internet plus and big data and artificial intelligence,the possibility of intelligent factory construction is becoming clearer.At present,the production efficiency of products in coal machine manufacturing industry is low,most enterprises have almost no automatic production line,and the labor intensity of workers is high.The unloading workshop is the source of coal machine production,so it is very important to digitalize the unloading workshop.The digital transformation of the unloading workshop is gradually extended to other workshops,which greatly improves the intelligence of the coal machine production industry.This paper briefly expounded the methods of realizing the digitalization of the unloading workshop,and further improved the digitalization degree of the workshop through the automation and information transformation,thus improving the work efficiency of the workshop.
