摘　　要：行业数字化转型对档案专业学生的数据素养提出了新标准,突出在档案数据管理及其相关数字技术掌握的能力。为此,文章从档案数据认知、档案数据管理、档案数据伦理规范等三个维度全面梳理了档案专业学生数据素养培育内容的构成,并为推进培育工作开展提出修订人才培养方案、在教务系统中考评、在行业实习中导入等建议。The digital transformation of the industry has put forward a new standard for the data literacy of archives students,which is highlighted in the ability to manage archival data and master digital technology.To this end,the article comprehensively combs the composition of the data literacy training content of the archives students from the three dimensions of archive data cognition,archive data management,and archive data ethics,and puts forward suggestions on revising the talent training program,evaluating in the educational administration system,and introducing in the industry practice to promote the training work.
