摘　　要：高校大学生作为我国人才培养的重要群体,在数字经济时代下其就业面临着新的挑战和机遇。通过探索多元化就业教育模式、利用数字技术提升就业教育效果、创新高校与企业合作模式等路径,有效地提升大学生的创新意识、创新能力和创新创业精神,以适应数字经济时代的就业需求。As an important group of talent cultivation in China,college students are facing challenges and opportunities in the digital economy era.The paper aimed at effectively improving college students’innovation awareness and meeting new employment demand,innovation ability and entrepreneurship spirit,and explored the fulfillment paths,such as exploring diversified employment educational mode,utilizing digital technologies to improve educational effect,and innovating college-enterprise cooperation modes.
