海洋经济视域下的中国邮轮旅游法律适用问题

摘　　要：中国邮轮旅游行业的快速发展令世界瞩目,但法律适用问题在很大程度上抑制了该行业的可持续发展。分析了中国邮轮旅游法律适用的现状和存在的问题,并从国际和国内两个维度提出邮轮旅游法律适用问题的解决对策。China’s cruise tourism industry has developed fast,while the application of related laws has inhibit the sustainable development to some extent.This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of legal application,and proposed countermeasures from both international and domestic dimensions.
