摘　　要：10SC32型梭车是煤矿井下实现短距快速运输的一种无轨胶轮车辆。梭车常见的4种电气故障有:启动油泵电机、松开制动闸、踩脚踏开关,梭车都不行走;梭车的TRAM DIRECTION SWITCH方向行走开关无论是打在何位置,将灯开关(LTS)打在自动位置(AUTO)时,制动闸(BPS)释放后,不用踩脚踏开关,梭车将以低速前进或者后退;油泵启动后,将制动闸(BPS)释放后,踩脚踏开关,前进和后退接触器吸合,但左右行走电机不行走;梭车能够正常行驶,有低速和中速,却没有高速。根据随机电气原理图纸资料对这4种常见问题进行故障分析,给出了解决方案。10SC32 shuttle car is a kind of trackless rubber wheel vehicle which can realize short distance and fast transportation in coal mine.There are four common electrical faults of shuttle car such as,when the oil pump motor is started,the brake is released,and the foot switch is pressed,the shuttle does not move;when the shuttle’s TRAM DIRECTION SWITCH direction travel switch is in any position and the light switch(LTS)is set to the auto position,after the brake(BPS)is released,the shuttle will move forward or backward at low speed without stepping on the foot switch;when the oil pump is started,release the brake(BPS),step on the foot switch,the forward and backward contactors are closed,but the left and right travel motors do not walk;the shuttle car can run normally at low speed or medium speed,but not at high speed.According to the electrical drawings and data of shuttle car,the four common problems were analyzed and the solutions were given.
