摘　　要：目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT口服法在小肠造影中的应用效果。方法:择取我院收治的60例患者,均在病理检查下确诊为小肠病变,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(n=30)患者采用传统剂量螺旋CT检测,观察组(n=30)患者采取低剂量螺旋CT检测,对比二组的特异度、敏感度及准确率。结果:观察组的特异度及准确率相比对照组均较高,敏感度较对照组低,其中特异度的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量螺旋CT口服法在小肠造影中的特异度相比常规剂量更优,且准确率与常规剂量相当,但低剂量的辐射剂量更低,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of low-dose spiral CT oral method in small bowel angiography.Methods:Sixty patients in our hospital were selected,all of whom were diagnosed with small bowel disease under pathological examination,and grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=30)patients were detected by traditional dose spiral CT,the observation group(n=30)The patients were tested by low-dose spiral CT,and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results:The specificity and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the sensitivity was lower than that of the control group.The difference in specificity was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The specificity of the low-dose spiral CT oral method in small bowel angiography is better than that of the conventional dose,and the accuracy is equivalent to the conventional dose,but the low-dose radiation dose is lower and the application value is higher.
