泰安市某综合医院多学科会诊发展现状分析

摘　　要：目的近年来,多学科会诊(MDT)作为一种高效的诊疗方式在综合医院中得到快速发展。本研究通过分析泰安市中心医院近1年来开展MDT工作的情况及特点,为综合医院MDT的进一步发展提供科学依据。方法采用直观描述性方法,对泰安市中心医院2021-03-20-2022-04-01医院平台管理系统的MDT模块记录的患者预约就诊信息进行分析,包括会诊学科分布、人群分布和预约方式分布等。结果2021-03-20-2022-04-01泰安市中心医院MDT预约患者为827例,来源于40个学科门诊。其中预约人数较多的学科及人数为眩晕门诊93人次、多囊卵巢综合征门诊85人次、甲状腺结节门诊77人次,预约人数较少的学科为慢性贫血门诊、妊娠合并自身免疫性疾病门诊、成人淋巴结肿大门诊,均为1人次。年龄分布及占比最高的为30~39岁人群,共206例,占总病例数的24.91%;其次为50~59岁人群,共201例,占总病例数的24.31%;≥80岁和≤19岁人群较少,分别为18例(2.18%)和15例(1.81%)。男性299例(36.15%),女性528例(63.85%)。绝大多数患者使用微信公众号预约,共有809人次(97.82%);11例患者使用支付宝生活号预约(1.33%);6例患者在医院现场预约(0.73%);仅有1例患者使用门诊自助机预约(0.12%);其他预约方式患者未使用。结论泰安市综合医院近1年来MDT开展情况良好但数量偏少,多数患者选择线上预约方式。建议医院提高对MDT的重视程度并规范优化诊疗流程,同时加强宣传MDT相关就诊知识。Objective In recent years,multi-disciplinary treatment,as an efficient way of diagnosis and treatment,has developed rapidly in general hospitals.By analyzing the situation and characteristics of multi-disciplinary treatment in Tai’an City Central Hospital over the past year,this study provides scientific basis for the further development of multi-disciplinary treatment in general hospitals.Methods Intuitive descriptive method was used to analyze the patient appointment information recorded by the multi-disciplinary treatment module of the hospital platform management system in Tai’an City Central Hospital from March 20,2021 to April 1,2022,including the distribution of consultation subjects,population and appointment mode.Results The number of patients with multi-disciplinary treatment appointments in Tai’an City Central Hospital was 827,and the figure came from 40 subject clinics.Among them,the subject with the most appointments was vertigo clinic with 93 persons,followed by polycystic ovary syndrome clinic with 85 persons,thyroid nodule clinic with 77 persons.The subjects with least appointments included chronic anemia clinic,pregnancy with autoimmune diseases clinic and adult lymph node enlargement clinic with only 1 person each.The highest age proportion was 30-39 years age group,with a total of 206 cases,accounting for 24.91%of the total cases,followed by 201 cases in the 50-59 age group,accounting for 24.31%.The patients above 80 years old and those under 19 years old were less,with 18 cases(2.18%)and 15 cases(1.81%)respectively.And there were 299 males(36.15%)and 528 females(63.85%).Most patients used WeChat to make an appointment,with 809 person-times(97.82%);11 people used Alipay to make an appointment(1.33%);6 people made an appointment at the hospital site(0.73%);only one person used the outpatient self-service machine(0.12%);and other appointment methods were not used.Conclusions Multi-disciplinary treatment in Tai’an general hospitals has carried out well but the quantity is insufficient.Most
