摘　　要：目的:建立蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的准确测量方法。方法:以普通白菜为试验对象,使用安装有荧光检测器和柱后衍生系统的高效液相色谱仪对氨基甲酸酯类农药(涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、3-羟基克百威、涕灭威、克百威、甲萘威)的含量进行准确测量。结果:通过对不同洗脱体积及样本添加量进行优化,7种氨基甲酸酯类农药分离及添加回收率和准确率均较高。结论:该方法分离效果较好,检测回收率和精密度能够满足农药残留分析要求。Objective:To establish an accurate method for the determination of carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables.Methods:The content of carbamate pesticides(aldicarb sulfoxide,aldicarb sulfone,methomyl,3-Hydroxycarbofuran,aldicarb,carbofuran and carbaryl)was accurately measured by HPLC with common Chinese cabbage as the test object.Results:By optimizing the elution volume and sample addition,the recovery and accuracy of the separation and addition of seven carbamate pesticides were high.Conclusion:The separation effect of this method is good,and the recovery and precision can meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
