摘 要:目的验证全脸皮肤镜及皱纹检测算法的有效性。方法自2019年1—7月,对门诊收治的48例受试者采用全脸皮肤镜、VISIA皮肤检测仪及人工摄像的方式拍摄受试者的面部图像,提取ROI(region of interest)区域(额部与双侧外眦部)图像,以全脸皮肤镜作为实验组,运用皱纹检测算法对皱纹进行分析,并与VISIA组和人工摄像组进行对照。结果受试者在采用全脸皮肤镜及人工智能算法时测出的皱纹数量最多,而VISIA组和人工摄像组均漏缺了部分细小皱纹;且实验组及VISIA组在分析耗时上远少于人工摄像组。结论采用新型自动化连续多角度摄像的全脸皮肤镜及人工智能算法评估皱纹,与VISIA皮肤检测仪和人工摄像检测进行比较,在测量皱纹数量方面更加准确。Objective From Januaryto July2019,48 subjects were chosen toverifythe validityoffull-face dermoscopyand wrinkle analysis algorithm.Methods The facial images of the subjects were taken by full-face dermoscopy,VISIA and artificial camera.The images of ROI region(forehead and bilateral canthus)were extracted respectively.The full face dermoscopy was used as the experimental group to collect the subjects’facial images.The wrinkles were analyzed by artificial intelligence algorithm.The analysis results were compared with the VISIA group and the artificial camera group.Results The largest number of wrinkles of the same subject were measured by using the full-face dermoscopy and artificial intelligence algorithm,while the VISIA and artificial measurement group lacked mainly fine wrinkles.The analysis time needed of the full-face dermoscopy group and the VISIA group was far less than that of the artificial measurement group.Conclusion In this study,a new type of automatic continuous multi-angles camera and artificial intelligence algorithm were used to evaluate wrinkles.Experiments showed that this device was more accurate than VISIA in measuring the number of wrinkles.
