摘 要:目的对比应用含多种生长因子的多肽修复系列产品(KGF、EGF、bFGF)与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶(rb-bFGF)对面部点阵激光治疗后创面愈合的差异。方法自2019年3—5月,对20例患者行全面部点阵激光治疗后,将左右两侧进行自身对照。对照侧应用rb-bFGF;观察侧应用含多种生长因子的多肽修复系列产品,分别在术后的即刻、30 min、1、2、3、5、7 d,获取二维照片及皮肤镜照片;对刺痛感、烧灼感、水肿、红斑、渗出、愈合时间等观察指标填写评分表;采用色斑定量评价系统(AngelColor)对红斑的消退情况进行定量分析,评价两组的治疗效果。结果观察侧采用点阵激光治疗术后30 min、2 d,创面刺痛感、烧灼感、水肿、红斑等观察指标的改善程度优于对照侧,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组创面渗出情况差异无统计学意义(P=0.05);两组创面均愈合,但观察侧愈合天数明显小于对照侧(P<0.05)。结论应用多肽修复系列产品能有效提高激光治疗术后创面的愈合时间及愈合效果,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and differences between polypeptide repair products containing a variety of growth factors(KGF,EGF and bFGF)and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(rb-bFGF)on aging face and atrophic acne scar after laser treatment.Methods From March to May 2019,20 patients underwent the treatment of fractional laser.One side of face as observation group and the other side as control group.The recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel was applied in the control group,and the polypeptide repair products containing a variety of growth factors was applied in the observation group.The two-dimensional photos and dermoscopy images were obtained immediately after operation and at 30 min,1 day,2 days,3 days,5 days and 7 days after operation,respectively.The observation indexes such as tingling sensation,burning sensation,edema,erythema,exudation and healing time were scored.The regression of erythema was quantitatively analyzed by Angel Color.The therapeutic effect of both groups evaluated.Results The improvement of tingling sensation,burning sensation,edema and erythema in the observation group was better than that in the control group at 30 min and 2 days after laser treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in exudation at 3 days after treatment between two groups(P=0.05).All wounds in both groups were healed and the healing duration of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of polypeptide repair products can effectively improve the healing time and therapeutic effect of the wounds after laser treatment.It should be considered for popularization in clinic.
