摘　　要：回顾近年来乳房下垂矫正+假体置入术的常见手术入路包括倒"T"形切口入路、垂直切口入路、环乳晕切口入路及小切口入路等,分析不同切口入路术后常见的并发症及其利弊,结合既往临床工作经验,为临床医师接诊乳房下垂合并乳房萎缩患者术的式选择提供参考。The most common approaches of mastopexy and prosthesis implantation including inverted T incision approach,vertical incision approach,periareolar approach and minor-scar approach were reviewed.The common complications,advantages and disadvantages of various approaches were analyzed.Combined with previous clinical experience,this review may help to provide a reference for clinicians to choose operative approach for patients with breast ptosis and atrophy.
