摘　　要：本文描述了塑料制造企业财务危机的主要内涵和表现征兆;结合塑料制造企业财务危机和财务风险的特征,构建预警系统的指标体系;根据当前的数据分析技术提出采用BP神经网络预警分析的数学模型,对企业财务状况做出判断;利用Windows运行平台、华为Flink开发环境和SQL Server2014数据库系统对塑料制造企业财务危机预警软件进行作业开发。上述系统设计能够更为精准地为塑料制造企业管理者提供财务状况的鉴定和分析,使财务状况正常的企业经营者能够提高警惕、未雨绸缪;使正处于财务危机状况的企业经营者明晰财务病灶,对症下药,采取及时有效的补救措施。This paper describes the main connotation and manifestations of the financial crisis of plastic manufacturing enterprises and combines the characteristics of financial crisis and financial risks of plastic manufacturing enterprises to build an indicator system of the early warning system.Based on the current data analysis techniques,a mathematical model using BP neural network for early warning analysis is proposed to make judgments on the financial situation of enterprises.The Windows operating platform,Huawei Flink development environment,and SQL Server 2014 database system are utilized to develop financial crisis warning software for plastic manufacturing enterprises.The above system design can provide more accurate identification and analysis of financial status for plastic manufacturing enterprise managers,enabling business operators not only with normal financial conditions to be more vigilant and proactive,but in a financial crisis situation to clarify their financial focus,take targeted measures,and develop timely and effective recovery measures.
