摘 要:间苯二胺和间苯二酚均为重要的化工产品,可作为固化剂、黏度剂、防腐剂等塑料助剂,也可作为关键的染料中间体,在能源问题日益突出的背景下,研究其生产工艺对推进行业绿色发展具有重要意义。文章综述了间苯二胺和间苯二酚的生产工艺及特点,分析了铁粉还原法和催化加氢法制备间苯二胺的工艺方法,以及苯磺化碱熔法、间二异丙苯氧化法等生产间苯二酚的主要工艺。通过分析间苯二胺与间苯二酚的典型生产工艺,揭示了这两种中间体的行业市场现状,希望为塑料及染料行业的绿色可持续发展提供有益的参考。Phenylenediamine and resorcinol are important chemical products that can be used as curing agents,binders,preservatives,and other plastic additives.They can also serve as key dye intermediates.In the context of increasingly prominent energy issues,studying their production processes is of great significance for promoting green development in the industry.This article reviews the production processes and characteristics of m-phenylenediamine and resorcinol,analyzes the process methods of iron powder reduction and catalytic hydrogenation to prepare m-phenylenediamine,as well as the main production processes of resorcinol such as benzene sulfonation alkali melting method and m-diisopropylbenzene oxidation method.By analyzing the typical production processes of meta phenylenediamine and meta phenylenediamine,the industry market status of these two intermediates was revealed,hoping to provide useful references for the green and sustainable development of the plastic and dye industries.
