摘　　要：通过对榆林市塑料企业发展现状和物流绩效评价缺陷的梳理,总结出榆林市部分塑料企业缺乏物流绩效评价的管理意识、物流绩效评价指标过于单一等弊端,明确物流绩效评价体系需要注重的财务指标及非财务指标。物流绩效评价能力的提升有助于企业在物流管理方面的全面调控,促进榆林市塑料产业发挥比较优势、提高市场竞争力,进一步做大做强。By sorting out the current development status of plastic enterprises in Yulin City and their shortcomings in logistics performance evaluation,it is summarized that there is a general lack of management awareness especially in logistics performance evaluation,the indicators of which are extremely single.Therefore,it is obvious that the financial and non-financial indicators need to be emphasized in the logistics performance evaluation system.The improvement of logistics performance evaluation ability can help enterprises comprehensively regulate logistics management,promote the comparative advantage of Yulin’s plastic industry,improve market competitiveness,and make the city’s plastic industry bigger and stronger.
