摘　　要：农村水利工程管理由于各方面的原因,普遍存在粗放经营、掠夺式经营的问题,许多地方缺乏认识,忽略长远利益。本文从目前我国农村水利长效管理的现状及存在的问题出发,提出了开展农村水利工程长效管理的途径。Due to various reasons,there is a general problem of extensive predatory operation in management of rural water conservancy projects.People in many rural areas lack understanding of the problem as to neglect the long-term interests.Based on the current situation and existing problems of long-term management of rural water conservancy in China,this paper puts forward the way to carry out long-term management of rural water conservancy projects.
