摘 要:环境温度对大体积混凝土温度控制有显著影响。针对施工周期内不同环境温度制定合理的降温措施是控制混凝土温度裂缝,降低施工成本的重要措施。结合某水电站工程大体积混凝土温控项目,利用有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL建立了大坝大体积混凝土温度场仿真分析模型。分析现场施工工况,分别模拟了入仓温度10℃、16℃、18℃、20℃下未布置冷却水管和布置单层冷却水管的混凝土温度变化情况。根据控制点的温度-龄期曲线和混凝土温度场分布特征,确定了温度控制的最不利位置。对比了降低入仓温度和布置冷却水管两种措施的不同降温效果,其中入仓温度每下降1℃,混凝土温度峰值均匀下降0.7~0.8℃,布置冷却水管后,温度峰值分别下降了2.8℃、4.1℃、4.4℃、4.7℃。降低入仓温度和布置冷却水管均会显著降低混凝土温度峰值,但入仓温度越低,冷却水管的降温消能越低。考虑环境温度条件与降温效果的经济性,对不同月份施工给出了不同的组合温控建议。The ambient temperature has a significant effect on the temperature control of mass concrete.It is an important method to reduce cracks by temperature gradient and reduce construction cost to formulate reasonable cooling measures according to different ambient temperatures during construction period.Based on the mass concrete temperature control project of a hydropower station project,the concrete temperature field simulation model was established by using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL.The mass concrete with no cooling water pipe and single layer cooling water pipe at 10℃,16℃,18℃and 20℃were simulated respectively.According to the temperature-age curve of the control points and the distribution of the temperature field of concrete,the most unfavorable position of temperature control was determined.The different cooling effects of lowering the inlet temperature and installing the cooling water pipe were compared.When the inlet temperature drops by 1℃,the peak temperature of the concrete drop by 0.7-0.8℃.After the cooling water pipe is installed,the peak temperature drops by 2.8℃,4.1℃,4.4℃and 4.7℃respectively.Both lowering the inlet temperature and installing cooling water pipes can significantly reduce the peak temperature of concrete,but the lower inlet temperature,the lower the cooling energy dissipation of cooling water pipes.Considering environment temperature and the economy of cooling effect,different combined temperature control suggestions are given for construction in different months.
