摘  要:针对引绰济辽工程生态环保信息化管理存在的多源数据难以处理、信息孤岛与应急处置能力不足等问题,结合工程实际应用需求构建了智慧生态系统总体架构。从系统全面的智能感知系统、交通互联的数据共享机制与智慧高效的业务应用体系三方面提出了系统建设思路;形成了拥有数据感知层、多源数据库层与智慧应用层三个层次的系统架构;实现了拥有首页展示、生态环境监测、数据分析预警、生态环境调控与环保综合管理与处置预案库五大功能模块的工程智慧生态系统。实际应用表明,系统可辅助管理人员全面掌握引绰济辽工程的环境变化动态,实现环境保护长效管理。Aiming at the problems of difficult processing of multi-source data,insufficient information island and emergency response capacity in the ecological and environmental protection information management of Yinchuo Jiliao Project,this study constructs the overall architecture of the intelligent ecosystem in combination with the practical application requirements of the project.The system construction ideas are put forward from three aspects:the comprehensive intelligent sensing system,the data sharing mechanism and the intelligent and efficient business application system.A system architecture with three levels of data perception layer,multi-source database layer and intelligent application layer is formed.The engineering intelligent ecosystem with five functional modules of home page display,ecological environment monitoring,data analysis and early warning,ecological environment regulation and environmental protection comprehensive management and disposal plan library is realized.The practical application shows that the system can assist the management personnel to fully grasp the environmental dynamics change of the Yinchuo-Jiliao project and realize the long-term management of environmental protection.
