摘 要:航道施工具有劳动强度大、环境影响大、构筑物复杂、水下施工难、通航影响大等特点,给施工作业带来了不安全因素。针对内河航道整治工程安全管控难点,依托京杭运河长江口门段航道整治项目,通过云计算、大数据、物联网等数字化手段,集成相应的施工智能化设备,研发了航道智慧工地综合管理平台,对航道整治工程中的人、机、料、法、环等方面的安全风险提出针对性解决方法,实现了内河航道施工建设的智能化安全管控,提升了内河航道整治施工建设管理的标准化、可视化、数字化和智能化。Waterway construction has the characteristics of high labor intensity,great environmental impact,complex structures,difficult underwater construction and great navigation impact,which brings unsafe factors to the construction operation.Because of the difficulties in safety management and control of inland waterway regulation projects,relying on the waterway regulation project of the Changjiang Estuary section of the Beijing Hangzhou canal,through digital means such as cloud computing,big data and the Internet of things,and integrating corresponding intelligent construction equipment,a comprehensive management platform for waterway smart construction site has been developed to put forward targeted solutions to the safety risks of human,machine,material,method and environment in the waterway regulation project.The intelligent safety control of inland waterway construction is realized,and the standardization,visualization,digitization and intelligence of inland waterway regulation construction management are improved.
