摘 要:目前国内大部分水电站在溢流坝段或泄洪坝段闸墩混凝土中布置了大吨位的预应力锚索,在预应力锚索施工中,张拉质量又决定了预应力锚索效能是否能达到设计目的,所以要求在锚索张拉施工时需从工艺细节控制。通过对张拉工艺细节的控制、施工方法的优化及锚索测力计等监测设备的数据纠偏等措施提高锚索功效,避免因张拉工艺偏差造成锚固效率降低,锚索使用寿命缩短等安全隐患。At present,most hydropower stations in China have arranged large tonnage prestressed anchor cables in the pier concrete of the overflow dam section or the spillway dam section.In the construction of prestressed anchor cables,the tensioning quality determines whether the effectiveness of prestressed anchor cables can achieve the design purpose.Therefore,it is necessary to control the process details in the tensioning construction of anchor cables.Through the control of the details of the tension process,the optimization of the construction method and the data correction of the monitoring equipment such as the anchor cable dynamometer,the effectiveness of the anchor cable is improved to avoid the potential safety hazard such as the decrease of the anchoring efficiency and the shortening of the service life of the anchor cable due to the deviation of the tension process.
