摘　　要：为提高农田与城镇平衡发展,构建合理经济结构框架,在总结适用于中小城市高标准农田建设基础上,提出水资源供需平衡分析的重要性,结合建设经验总结一套相应供需平衡分析流程及主要注意事项。通过梳理高标准农田的建设程序,进行时空协调及分区的建设分析,针对性地总结相应关键工程措施,并发明一种新型的喷灌装置,有效增加了喷灌效果,满足实际应用需求。In order to improve the balanced development of farmland and towns,construct a reasonable economic structure frame.On the basis of summarizing the construction of high-standard farmland in small and medium-sized cities,this paper puts forward the importance of supply-demand balance analysis of water resources,and summarizes a set of corresponding supply-demand balance analysis process and main matters needing attention based on the construction experience.Combing the construction procedures of high-standard farmland,carrying out the construction analysis of spatio-temporal coordination and zoning,summarizing the corresponding key engineering measures,and inventing a new sprinkler irrigation device,effectively increasing the sprinkler irrigation effect,to meet the actual application needs.
