子母式龙吸水排水车在城市防洪减灾中的应用

摘　　要：为了解决河南省郑州市2021年7月18日—7月21日连续大暴雨引起的城市内涝,尽快抽排郑州市区京广路隧道积水,应急救援人员采用独立的排水抢险系统子母式龙吸水排水车,结合适用于现场地域特点的“双向抽排、两班轮换、多点铺开、交替作业”处置战法,组织抽排水抢险作业。郑州市区京广路隧道抢险历时70 h,累计抽排水体积约500万m^(3),于7月25日23时30分实现京广路隧道双向贯通,恢复通行条件,将损失降到最低。此次京广路隧道排水抢险作业表明,子母式龙吸水排水车适用于城乡防洪排涝、基坑围堰等各类低洼集水区抽排水及临时应急供水等工作场景,特别适合不适宜人员进入的排水场合,最大程度地减少洪涝灾害造成的损失,保证抢险救灾人员的生命安全。In order to solve the urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainstorms from July 18 to July 21 in 2021,Henan Province,and to drain water from the Jingguang road tunnel in the urban area of Zhengzhou as soon as possible,emergency rescue workers adopted an independent drainage emergency rescue system,the mother-type Dragon Suction equipment,combined with the“two-way drainage,two-shift,multi-point spread,alternating operation”,which is suitable for the site area,the drainage emergency operation was organized.It took 70 hours and drained about 5 million cubic meters of water.At 23:30 on July 25,the two-way connection of Jingguang road tunnel was realized and the traffic conditions were restored,thus minimizing the loss.The drainage emergency operation of Jingguang road tunnel shows that the sub-mother-type dragon has the advantages of large water absorption rated power,flexible mobility,no need for additional power source,direct use of the engine on the vehicle chassis as power source,remote control of the sub-vehicle,to achieve drainage purposes.Suitable for urban and rural flood control and drainage,foundation pit cofferdam and other low-lying water gathering areas pumping and drainage and temporary emergency water supply,especially suitable for people not suitable to enter the drainage occasions,to minimize the loss caused by flood disasters,to ensure the safety of rescue and relief personnel.
