摘  要:长距离输水管道工程运营期检修排水使管壁附着的水生生物死亡腐烂产生大量有害气体,严重威胁检修人员人身安全,因此通风对于长距离输水管道的检修安全至关重要。为了探究长距离输水管道内部风流场和有害气体浓度场的分布特点,采用标准k-ε湍流模型进行检修通风数值模拟分析,探究了检修通风设计方案的可行性。研究结果表明:工作井内风管口位置附近风流紊动明显,但其影响范围较小,输水管道内部大部分区域内风流分布十分均匀,且风速均远高于相关规范的最低风速要求;管道内有害气体浓度随风流方向逐渐累积,在排风管口处达到峰值并排出输水管道,有害气体的峰值浓度为8.65 mg/m^(3),远低于规范要求的有害气体浓度限值,检修通风设计方案可以满足检修作业的安全需求。本研究可以为类似工程通风方案设计提供理论依据和科学指导。Long-distance water transmission pipeline project operation period maintenance and drainage so that the pipe wall attached to the aquatic organisms die and decay produce a large number of harmful gases,seriously threatening the personal safety of maintenance personnel,so ventilation for long-distance water transmission pipeline maintenance safety is very important.In order to explore the distribution characteristics of wind flow field and harmful gas concentration field inside long-distance water transmission pipeline,the numerical simulation analysis of maintenance ventilation is carried out using the standard k-ε turbulence model,and the feasibility of maintenance ventilation design scheme is explored.The results show that the wind flow is well near the air pipe mouth position,but its influence range is small,the wind flow distribution in most areas inside the pipeline is very uniform,and the wind speed is much higher than the minimum wind speed requirement of the relevant specification;The concentration of harmful gas in the pipeline gradually accumulates with the direction of the air flow,peaks at the vent and discharges the water pipeline,the peak concentration of harmful gas is 8.65 mg/m^(3),well below the limit of the harmful gas concentration required by the specification,and the maintenance ventilation design scheme can meet the safety needs of the maintenance operation.
