铁路单线隧道水沟电缆槽预制拼装技术研究

摘　　要：以太子城至锡林浩特铁路和平隧道水沟电缆槽施工为例,研究了单线隧道预制拼装技术方案的可行性,提出了隧道水沟电缆槽分块拼装方案、排水方案、连接锚固方案、接地方案等;水沟电缆槽预制拼装工艺适用于横向宽度窄、工期紧的长大单线隧道。选取100 m试验段,开展了预制拼装工艺研究,其结果可为正线工程长大隧道开展隧道沟槽预制拼装提供可靠的经验积累和技术支持。水沟电缆槽预制拼装工艺避免了沟槽施工长时间占用隧道内物流通道,可多工作面同步施工,加快施工进度、节约工期。电缆槽预制拼装工艺具有结构质量可靠、外观平整、机械化程度高、施工效率高、具备后期局部更换的良好条件等特点,能改善施工作业环境,符合铁路隧道发展的方向,具备推广的前景。Taking the ditch cable trough of Heping tunnel of railway from Taizicheng to Xilinhaote as an example,this paper studies the feasibility of prefabricated assembly technology scheme of single track tunnel and proposes the block assembly scheme,drainage scheme,connection and anchorage scheme and grounding scheme of tunnel ditch cable trough,etc.The prefabricated assembly process of ditch cable trough is suitable for long single track tunnel with narrow lateral width and tight schedule.In this study,the 100 m test section is selected to carry out the prefabricated assembly process,the result of which can provide reliable experience accumulation and technical support for the prefabricated assembly in the long tunnel of the main line project.The prefabricated assembly process of ditch cable trough avoids the long-time occupation of logistics channel in the tunnel during ditch construction,and can be constructed simultaneously on multiple working faces,so as to speed up the construction progress and save the construction time.The cable trough prefabricated assembly process has the characteristics of reliable structural quality,flat appearance,high mechanization,high construction efficiency and good conditions for later partial replacement,etc.It can improve the construction working environment at the same time,which is in line with the direction of railway tunnel development and has the prospect of promotion.
