摘 要:长距离输水管道检修通风是保障工作人员身心健康和提高检修效率的关键。为了探究长距离输水管道的检修通风特点,选择出合理的检修通风方案,结合珠江三角洲水资源配置工程沙溪高位水池—罗田水库段输水管道的工程布置情况,建立长距离输水管道三维几何模型,采用标准k-ε湍动模型进行检修通风数值模拟分析,探究了自然通风方案的可行性,进而提出了多种机械通风方案,对比分析不同方案条件下长距离输水管道内部风流组织分布情况,最终确定了合理的检修通风方案。研究结果表明:自然通风不能满足检修通风需求;在1^(#)通风竖井和3^(#)通风竖井处增设排风机并且关闭2^(#)通风竖井,可以有效增强检修通风效果。本研究可以为长距离输水管道检修通风方案设计与优化提供理论依据和科学指导。Maintenance and ventilation of long-distance water pipelines is the key to ensuring the physical and mental health of workers and improving the efficiency of maintenance.In order to explore the maintenance and ventilation characteristics of long-distance water pipelines,a reasonable maintenance and ventilation plan is selected,this article,based on the engineering layout of the water pipeline in the Shaxi high-level reservoir-Luotian reservoir section of the Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project,establishes a three-dimensional geometric model of a long-distance water pipeline,uses the standard k-e turbulence model to carry out the numerical simulation analysis of maintenance ventilation,explores the feasibility of natural ventilation schemes,and then proposes a variety of mechanical ventilation schemes,compares and analyzes the distribution of air flow in long-distance water pipelines under different schemes,determines a reasonable maintenance ventilation scheme eventually.The research results show that:natural ventilation cannot meet the maintenance ventilation requirements;adding exhaust fans at the 1^(#)ventilation shaft and 3^(#)ventilation shaft,and backfilling the 2^(#)ventilation shaft can effectively enhance the maintenance ventilation effect and reduce the project cost.This research can provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the design and optimization of ventilation schemes for maintenance of long-distance water pipelines.
