摘  要:随着国家相关标准以及公众环保环保意识的增强,输电线路工程的水土保持和环境保护也越来越重视。为使输变电工程成为"环境友好型、资源节约型"的工程代表,结合目前我国西藏特殊的自然和生态环境特点,环境保护与水土保持应按照"合理开发自然资源,防止人为水土流失"的原则以及"提前预防、治管结合、因地制宜、全面防治"的要求进行。通过研究及实践表明,采取对应措施能有效保护生态环境和减少水土流失。提倡将环境保护和水土保持作为工程建设中不可缺少的一部分,做到合理开发自然资源,降低生态环境影响,避免人为水土流失。As relevant national standards and the public’s awareness of environmental protection and environmental protection have increased,more and more attention has been paid to water and soil conservation and environmental protection in transmission line projects.In order to make the power transmission and transformation project a representative of"environmentally friendly and resource-saving"projects,combined with the current characteristics of Tibet′s special natural and ecological environment,environmental protection and water and soil conservation should be based on"rational development of natural resources and prevention of man-made soil erosion."The principle of"prevention in advance,combination of governance and management,measures to local conditions,and comprehensive prevention"are carried out.Research and practice show that taking corresponding measures can effectively protect the ecological environment and reduce soil erosion.It is advocated that environmental protection and soil and water conservation are an indispensable part of project construction,so as to develop natural resources reasonably,reduce the impact of the ecological environment,and avoid man-made soil erosion.
