摘 要:为解决污水治理工程中设备运维管理难度高、污水管线源头难以监控以及地下有限空间内危险作业的问题,以北京顺义污水处理工程为例,综合论述了该类工程自动化系统设计的总体思路和架构,详细阐述了工程中PLC监控、视频监控、封闭空间气体监测以及水质监测等子系统的功能设计与实现。文章论述的自动化系统,重点解决工程中一级设备PLC集中监控问题、监控摄像机的太阳能供电问题以及地下有限空间气体监测问题,为其他类似工程的自动化系统设计提供了一个切实可行的参考模式。With the shortage of urban water resources and water environmental pollution becoming increasingly prominent,wastewater treatment project has the problems of high difficulty in equipment operation and maintenance management,difficult to monitor the source of wastewater pipeline and dangerous operation in underground limited space.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses the general idea and architecture of automation system design for this kind of project and elaborated the subsystem function design and implementation of PLC monitoring,video monitoring,closed space gas monitoring and water quality monitoring based on the example of Shunyi wastewater treatment project in Beijing.The automation system discussed in this paper focuses on solving the problems of PLC centralized monitoring of primary equipment,solar power supply of monitoring cameras and gas monitoring in underground limited space.It provides a practical reference mode for other similar engineering automation system design.
