摘 要:受水库调蓄影响的常见类型为单库下游有防洪对象、串联两级水库均不承担下游防洪对象的防洪任务、串联两级水库下游有防洪对象三种类型,而并联水库下游有防洪对象类型设计洪水研究比较少。本文采用地区组成法着重分析了富水流域并联水库富水水库和王英水库下游有防洪保护对象的设计洪水,通过对富水流域上游工程调蓄后的洪水过程与天然洪水过程进行对比,经上游工程调蓄后的洪水过程与天然洪水过程相比,洪峰流量减少,洪峰出现时间滞后,洪峰流量和洪峰滞后时间随天然洪水的大小和洪水过程的形状不同而异,可为类似并联工程设计洪水提供参考。The common types affected by reservoir regulation and storage is flood control object under the downstream of single reservoir,no flood control task of two cascade reservoirs and flood control object between downstream of two cascade reservoirs.However,there is less research about design flood of downstream flood control object type of parallel reservoirs.In this paper,the regional composition method is used to analyze the design flood with flood protection objects in the downstream of Fushui reservoir and Wangying reservoir in the fushui basin.Through comparing the flood process after the regulation and storage of the upstream project with the natural flood process,the flood process after the upstream project regulation and storage is compared with the natural flood process,generally,the flood peak discharge is reduced and the flood peak is reduced The peak discharge and lag time of flood peak vary with the size of natural flood and the shape of flood process,which can provide reference for design flood of similar projects.
