摘　　要：快速城市化进程中,城市的供水需求迅速增长而供水能力不足,以致供水安全问题突出,制约城市的发展。以重庆市为研究对象,结合重庆的山地地形对其水资源特点进行分析,从区域供水规划、区域供水模式、区域供水管网布置、区域供水水资源配置等角度剖析了重庆市供水工程存在的问题,并探讨了快速城市化背景下特大山地城市供水需求量剧增以及水污染严重、突发供水事故频发、传统水处理工艺老旧等问题导致城市供水安全面临的重大挑战,研究快速城市化背景下的特大山地城市供水安全保障的必要性和紧迫性。In the process of rapid urbanization,the demand for water in cities is growing rapidly but the water supply is insufficient.Therefore,the safety of water supply which restricts the development of the city is prominent.This paper takes Chongqing as the research object.Combining with the mountainous terrain of Chongqing,the characteristics of water resources in Chongqing are analyzed.Besides,this paper analyzed problems existed in the project of water supply from angle like regional water supply planning、regional water supply mode、regional water resources allocation and regional water supply pipe network layout.It also analyzed the challenge of urban water supply safety which caused by increased water demand under rapid urbanization,as well as serious water pollution、frequent water supply accidents、traditional water treatment technology.The aim of this paper is study on the necessity and urgency of water supply safety guarantee in the mountainous megacity Chongqing under rapid urbanization.
