摘 要:基于宾汉姆流体在岩石裂隙中定常流动时的理论模型,将流体屈服强度引起的水力坡降等效为粘性阻力坡降,采用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件建立了动水平面裂隙灌浆过程数值模型,研究了宾汉姆流体浆液在动水裂隙堵漏灌浆时的扩散规律,分析了浆液初始屈服强度、裂隙水流速、裂隙开度和灌浆速率对灌浆堵漏过程的影响。结果表明:浆液在动水裂隙中的扩散轨迹约为椭圆形或"U"形,扩散过程可分为顺水流扩散、横向快速扩散和稳定扩散三个阶段。浆液的初始屈服强度和灌浆速率越大,裂隙水流速和裂隙开度越小,堵水效果越好。对于宽大裂隙,为提高浆液有效利用率、节省灌浆材料和缩短灌浆时间,可先在裂隙内充填砂砾石级配料,减小过水断面,再进行灌浆堵漏。研究成果可为动水地层特别是岩溶地层堵漏灌浆材料的选择和工艺的确定提供参考。Based on the theoretic model for the steady flow of Bingham fluid in rock fissure,a numerical model for the process of the grouting for the plane fissure with dynamic water is established with the finite element software—COMSOL Multiphysics through making the hydraulic gradient caused by the yield strength of the fluid be equivalent to the viscous resistance gradient,and then the diffusion law of the grouting slurry of Bingham fluid during the plugging grouting for the plane fissure with dynamic water is studied,while the influences from the initial yield strength of the slurry,the flow velocity of fissure water,the opening of fissure and grouting rate on the plugging process of the grouting are analyzed as well.The results show that the diffusion trajectory of the slurry in the fissure with dynamic water is similar to an elliptic type or a U type and the diffusion process can be divided into three phases,i.e.along-flow diffusion,rapid transverse diffusion and stable diffusion.The larger the initial yield strength of slurry and grouting rate are,the less the fissure water flow velocity and the fissure opening are to be and the better the plugging effect is to be as well.For the wide and large fissure,the plugging grouting can be performed after the fissure being infilled with the graded gravel material at first for reducing the flow cross-section of it,so as to enhance the effective utilization of the grouting slurry and save the grouting materials as well as shorten the grouting time.The study result can provide references for selecting the plugging grouting materials and determining the relevant technologies for the strata with dynamic water,especially the karst strata.
