摘 要:根据EH供水工程特点和开发建设目标,围绕工程建设期、运行期需求,运用"智慧水利""工业4.0"、工程全生命周期管理的理念,提出了智慧EH供水工程建设目标、总体框架和技术路线,给出了工程信息感知体系、业务应用体系、信息资源体系、基础设施体系、网络信息安全体系总体设计,对智慧EH供水工程建设及类似项目建设具有针对性指导意义。In accordance with the characteristics and development target of EH Water Supply Project,the construction target,overall framework and technical route of the intelligent EH Water Supply Project is put forward herein with the concept of the intelligent water conservancy and the Industry 4.0-based full life-cycle management of project around the demands during the construction cycle and the operation period,and then the general design of the engineering information perception system,service application system,infrastructure system and network information security system is given out,which has a targetable guiding significance for the construction of the intelligent EH Water Supply Project and the construction of the similar project concerned.
