摘  要:目的研究金缕半枫荷茎枝乙酸乙酯提取部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、高效液相制备色谱等将乙酸乙酯部位进行分离和纯化,波谱法鉴定化合物结构。对半枫荷总提、各提取部位和分离得到的14个化合物进行抗氧化活性测试。结果鉴定出14个化合物,分别为:肉豆蔻酸(1)、硬脂酸(2)、芝麻素(3)、9-十八碳烯酸(4)、亚油酸(5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6)、豆甾醇(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、羽扇豆醇(9)、齐墩果酸(10)、lup-20(29)-ene-3-[3-keto-hexadecanoate](11)、防葵素(12)、C-藜芦酰乙二醇(13)、2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(14)。结论首次通过分离手段从该植物的茎枝中得到11个化合物,分别为1、3-7、9、11-14,并且体外抗氧化实验表明半枫荷乙酸乙酯部位、分离纯化得到的化合物13和14抗氧化活性较强。Objective To study the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extracts of the strips of Semiliquidambar cathayensis.Methods The strips of S.cathayensis were extracted by 80%ethanol and the extracts were evaporated.Fourteen compounds in ethyl acetate extracts were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column and pre-HPLC,etc.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Antioxidant activity test was used to evaluate total extraction,each extraction part and the isolates.Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the strips of S.cathayensis and identified by NMR as tetradecanoic acid(1),stearic acid(2),sesamin(3),9-octadecenoic acid(4),linoleic acid(5),dibutylphthalate(6),stigmasterol(7),β-sitosterol(8),lupeol(9),oleanolic acid(10),lup-20(29)-ene-3-[3-keto-hexadecanoate](11),peujaponisin(12),C-veratroylglycol(13),and 2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(14).Conclusion Compounds 1,3,4,5,6,7,9,11,12,13 and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.The EA part,compounds 13(C-veratroylglycol)and 14(2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone)showed significant antioxidative effects.
