摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病导致的神经血管单元病变,发病率随着糖尿病患者人口增多而显著上升,是成年人低视力和致盲的主要病因,然而其发病机制十分复杂且治疗手段有限,故利用合理的动物模型去探寻DR的发病机制与治疗靶点至关重要。db/db小鼠是目前比较成熟的一种自发性2型糖尿病(T2DM)动物模型,广泛应用于2型DR的早期防治研究中。本文就db/db小鼠模型在DR发病机制探索和中西医药理研究等方面的进展予以阐述,以期为DR的相关机制研究及药物研发提供一定的参考依据。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a neurovascular unit lesion caused by diabetes mellitus,the incidence of which has increased significantly with the increase of the diabetic population.Therefore,it is important to use a reasonable animal model to explore the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of DR.The db/db mouse is a relatively mature animal model of spontaneous type 2 diabetes and is therefore widely used in early prevention and treatment studies of type 2 DR.This paper describes the progress of db/db mouse model in exploring the pathogenesis of DR and the pharmacological research of Chinese and Western medicine,in order to provide a certain reference for the research of DR and drug development.
