黄精丸同名异方之文献分析与关键内容考证

摘　　要：中医里黄精丸存在同名异方的现象,分别有黄精与白蜜及天冬蜜制之方、朱丹溪之方、黄精和当归蜜制之方,但各方方源等关键内容尚不明确。通过查找相关文献,对黄精丸各方方源、药材及辅料的基原与炮制、剂量配比、制法与用法、功效与主治等关键内容进行考证,以助中医对其有较为全面的认识,亦期有利于黄精丸各方的研究、开发与应用。There have different prescriptions with the same name of Huangjing pill in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),including the honey pill made of Polygonatum,Honey and Asparagus,the pill created by Zhu Danxi,the honey pill made of Polygonatum,Angelica and Honey,but the key contents such as the source of each party is not clear.In this paper,we have made a textual research on the key contents of all prescriptions of Huangjing pill,such as the prescription source,the origin and processing of medicinal materials and excipients,dose ratio of each medicine,the preparation method and usage,efficacy and major functions,etc,so as to help TCM to have a more comprehensive understanding about all prescriptions,to facilitate the research,development and application of all prescriptions of Huangjing pill.
