调神法治疗功能性胃肠病的有效药物配伍发现研究

摘　　要：目的基于前瞻性临床观察发现调神法治疗功能性胃肠病的有效药物配伍。方法将116例功能性胃肠病患者分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组77例,平均年龄43.06岁,对照组39例,平均年龄36.56岁,比较各组治疗后的疗效。利用数据挖掘方法分析中药处方中具有调神作用的中药配伍和加减规律,利用多因子降维法(MDR)发现有效配伍。结果对于心神症状具有显著增效作用的调神中药配伍为:郁金-生龙骨;茯苓-生龙骨;生龙骨-合欢花。疗效最高而药味最少的配伍为生龙骨、茯苓、百合。结论对于功能性胃肠病心神症状具有显著疗效的最佳配伍为生龙骨、茯苓、百合。Objective Based on prospective clinical observation,to find the effective drug compatibility of Tiaoshen therapy for functional gastrointestinal diseases.Methods 116 patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases were divided into treatment group and control group,among which 77 patients in the treatment group(mean age 43.06 years)and 39 patients in the control group(mean age 36.56 years).The therapeutic effects of each group were compared.Data mining method was used to analyze the compatibility,addition and subtraction of TCM prescriptions with the function of regulating the mind,and Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction(MDR)was used to find the effective compatibility.Results The compatibility of tiaoshen Herbs with significant synergistic effect on mental symptoms was:Yujin-Longgu;Fuling-Longgu;Longgu-Hehuanhua.The compatibility of Longgu,Fuling and Baihe with the highest curative effect and the least number of prescription drugs.Conclusion The best combination of Longgu,Fuling and Baihe has significant effect on mental symptoms of functional gastrointestinal diseases.
