摘　　要：风湿病患者大多存在免疫紊乱的问题,针对这一临床现象,在“扶正治痹”的基础上,提出“紊乱复衡常”的风湿病治疗理念;提出扶正补虚是恢复衡常的重要基础,健脾益肾是扶正补虚的核心治法;扶正纠偏是恢复衡常的治疗方向,调畅气机是扶正纠偏的重要环节。倡导以精专之剂调节脏腑的生理功能及营卫气血的运行,恢复人体的自我调节能力,重建机体的免疫平衡。Most of the patients with rheumatism have the problem of immune disorder.In response to this clinical phenomenon,based on"Tonifying Deficiency to Treat Bi Disease",the rheumatism treatment concept of"Restoring a Disordered State to Balance"is proposed.It is proposed that tonifying deficiency is an important basis for"Restoring a Disordered State to Balance"and strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney is the core treatment method for tonifying deficiency;rectifying and correcting deviations is the treatment direction for"Restoring a Disordered State to Balance",and regulating qi is an important part of rectifying and correcting deviations.It advocates the use of refined and specialized agents to regulate the physiological functions of the Zang-fu organs and the operation of qi and blood,restore the body's self-regulation ability,and rebuild the body's immune balance.
